12 Volt Fuse Board February 02, 2025, 03:22:31 pm When I did my solar project in 2023 I also replaced the OEM converter with a newer one which could be configured to charge the lithium batteries. The new converter came with a circuit board for the 12v fuses. I didn't install it at the time but yesterday I came across it when I was scrounging around through a box of RV stuff so I figured, why not. Not too bad a job. The key is to get behind the unit and release the zip ties that hold the 12v circuit wires together. This gives you lots of slack for the installation. Anyhow, in looking at the boards, It's nice to have a shiny new board but I gotta say, the old board is better quality. The old one has excellent connection points for the wires while the new one is pretty cheesy. Anyhow, job done.jor 2 Likes
