Lazy Daze Owners' Group

Anyone have a lead on where to find this particular shape of trim molding I pulled off my 2005 LD?  It's used where the wood panels meet at the rear wall.

Closest I could find was this, but it's 2" and the stuff LD used is less than 1"

If you want reverse cove molding, there is some at vintage trailer - vintage trailer reverse cove molding
You need to attach part of that inside the wall though - if you don't want it as long as it comes, this could be trimmed but you need enough to attach the trim securely to a solid surface with a fastener (nail, screw, rivot, staple).

If you are just wanting to make the corner look more finished, you can use instatrim - at home depot or amazon - it comes in different sizes and colors Amazon instatrim
If you need to do water proofing (I am guessing not likely unless you plan to throw cups/pots of water against the wall), you could use a caulk/sealant first.

I have not used these products, but similar products have been around and used a lot in commercial settings, with an adhesive that holds the product securely to the wall.

Howard, we got some of the instatrim for where flooring meets walls.  It looks exactly like the trim where our back walls meets our side walls - in our 89 TK. 
We got the "ivory" color which looks just off white to use at our stairs (where riser meets tread as our flooring is fairly blond looking).  The first pictures shows it against a bright white paper.

We are planning on using dark brown where flooring meets cabinet.

It comes as a flat piece with what feels like soft sticky putty in the middle - I am sure this will squeeze tight into the space where your walls meet (or for us floor meeting wall/cabinet/stair riser). 
See second and third picture for how it looks just held & how it would look "in a corner". If you imagine that there was a real gap in the corner with space for that sticky "putty" feeling stuff to go into, you could see how the top part would lay flat against the two surfaces of the corner.

Reviews were a little mixed on how it sticks, we got the larger (3/4") size as that matches what we have in our LD (looks smaller in the LD but I measured it and compared to their specs).  I plan to leave a smaller gap so there is plenty of wall/floor to stick to.  Some users did use additional glue to get it to really stick.

We have not yet installed it - life is getting in the way and the flooring project ground to a temporary stop.

Yes, things do not need to be perfect.  Our current trim is not an exact match for our walls or our cabinets.  So go for "good enough" on things like this - to me function is more important than an exact match of color, especially when that is difficult to get.
