What is this antenna and has anyone relocated or deleted it? Today at 03:52:24 am Hi I am planning a full solar off grid setup on my lazy daze and want to know what this antenna is and if I can relatively easily remove or relocate it, any advice would be appreciated, I already plan to remove the TV aerial thats not shown in this picture.

Reply #2 – Today at 11:34:31 am Welcome to the Group RangelessRyan; It would help if we knew what year and floor plan you have, There are variations throughout the years that affect the wiring. To me that looks like the dash radio antenna (car). The wiring was installed while your Lazy Daze was being built, and it usually comes across the ceiling towards the driver side, down through the wall near the cabover window. I believe that (in mine) it comes down the 'A' pillar under the trim and under the dash to the radio. A circuitous path that would be hard to replicate without major alterations to the inside walls. That antenna, sometimes accompanied by a nearby CB radio antenna (that you don't have), has a spring at the base to allow tree branches and similar clearance obstacles to not damage it. Take pictures and let us know how you proceed with removing the TV antenna. A Winegard Sensar (batwing) antenna, and/or a 'sat' dish in some models have become obsolescent item(s) that get in the way of a good solar panel layout. A Starlink mini in the photo? RonB
