Drawer Guides
As a 2006 30IB new owner we find that the drawers are always coming open while traveling. Has someone come up with an easy fix?

You can glue a wooden wedge to the underside of the drawer.

Obviously it needs to be sized and positioned so that you need to lift slightly to get the wedge over the face frame to pull the drawer out.

That was my experience when I first got this rig. To cure the problem, I just give the drawers a little push down after closing. Now not problem.

Hi SeasideBB;  Welcome to the Group!  The Accuride drawer slides that Lazy Daze used have a stamped 'V' shaped bump on the bottom that engages a notch on the stationary bottom part.  This 'V', and the notch wears away after much use.
I tried to pound down the 'V' a bit to extend the life. It worked, but not for long. You can still buy these guides, so you can replace them.  These might be the ones (I haven't replaced mine)  Undermount Drawer Slide 1029 by Accuride – Advance Design & Technologies Inc
I have had problems with the slide in 'L' bracket at the back fatiguing from bouncing up and down. My heavy drawer under my 'fridge in my T/K floorplan has broken three times. I re-enforced that sharp bend the last time with a piece of 1" aluminum angle. At that time I just placed a magnet catch, on a piece of wood, at the back of that drawer, attached to the back wall.   Just the iron strike on the back of the drawer. That keeps it from sliding out now. I still have that built in trained reflex to try and lift up the drawer as I pull it out. The magnet is invisible otherwise.
The long story is: Early on, I replaced my kitchen drawer slides with full extension side slides. At the time I just carved out notches in the face frames. They were very hard to align properly, and the notches show, just a little. Those slides needed magnets installed at the back to keep them in place. I did keep the left over parts and used up those three 'L' angle brackets  to replace the one drawer slide that kept breaking. The corner plastic supports also needed replacing on that well used heavy drawer.
Recently in the last ten years or so, better undermount full extension slides have become available.  A big undertaking that I probably won't do.
Good luck with your repairs.  RonB
