Here is the fun part. Those lids weigh 150 pounds so glad I didn't have to lift them!

OP here (from quite a while ago).

Just wanted to give an update, that I did have the a drain line installed into my septic tank, by a professional septic tank installer.  It was very easy (in this case, he had a small excavator for other work I was having done, including making an RV "pad").

He was able to located the front side entry port, and knocked that open, so a straight run into the tank (thankfully with a natural downhill grade).  The entry point is in front of the baffle, and I'll plan to dump each tank separately with a little time in between to avoid too much liquid arriving at one time.

Next to the pad, we put in a large irrigation valve box, and put the threaded pipe cover in there.  (We put a second valve box for electrical.)  I also had him install risers for the septic tank cover, which made getting it pumped recently simple and cheaper ;-)

I've included a few photos of the install.

Thanks again for all of the feedback -- it was good to realize this will work out fine.
