The demise of LazyDays RV
The similar sounding Name that was the perpetual bane of Lazy Daze will be dissolved before December first. After 49 years of business, debts were greater than their assets. Anybody with stock, can use the certificates for wall paper now. Assets were sold to Campers Inn Holding Corporation, and  some of the established service centers will remain under new management.  Thanks to RV Travel.com

Also of note, (already mentioned by Greg and Michele)  is that Norcold has declared Bankrupcy, with $300 Million of debt. They had for the last few years just been representing other manufacturers, and didn't make anything of their own.  Thanks to Russ and Tina DeMaris, and RVTravel.com
