The demise of LazyDays RV November 17, 2025, 12:53:07 pm The similar sounding Name that was the perpetual bane of Lazy Daze will be dissolved before December first. After 49 years of business, debts were greater than their assets. Anybody with stock, can use the certificates for wall paper now. Assets were sold to Campers Inn Holding Corporation, and some of the established service centers will remain under new management.
