Cause for concern?
I noticed on the slider window seals the corners are pulling a bit.

If it is an issue would a little dap clear sealant in there and taped to cure solve it?

The rubber strips your photo shows shrinks with age and is seen on most older LDs.
The strip can be pulled up and repositioned with the gap at the bottom of the window. Years ago, I bought a piece of the rubber strip and cut short sections to fill in the gaps.
With Hehr out of business for years, new rubber strips may not be available anymore.

Note the seal for the windows is the mastic applied to the inside of the frame. The rubber gasketing is simply to apply pressure on the glass to force a tight seal against the frame.

I experienced a similar problem with the window gaskets. You should be able to purchase it online, if needed.

A gap at the bottom shouldn't cause problems, it is an extremely common issue. Water that gets past the seals will drain out of the vent holes assuming the owner has been diligent in keeping the drain holes clear.

I didn't realize that they slide a little bit so I was able to pull them tight at the corners by putting pressure on the corner while simultaneously using the gap at the end to pull on it with a couple of fingers.
