1993 TK water leak in hot water tank area. Need to close off water inlet
Water leaking some where under hot water tank.  I can see the cold water inlet connection to the tank but it's out of reach. 

I would prefer not to have to remove the whole tank.

Can I block the water to the hot water tank only somewhere else??
