Good morning,
Our Awning End Caps are old and disintegrating.
Does anyone know where we can purchase replacements?
Thanks...
Contact Fiamma, if you have the awning manual, that will facilitate:
parts@fiammausa.com

Thank you...
Fiamma is really good with helping you....one suggestion is to do a bit of research on what other items on your awning need attention as it will be cheaper to buy what you need all at once and save on the shipping.....

Hi TreeLee; This is the sticker in my awning. It is much shorter than yours. Visible when the awning is out, it identifies what model you have. RonB
Fiamma awnings have two soft plastic shock absorbers that harden and crack with use and time. This would be a good time to replace them. There a left and right side absorber, each has a different part number.
I replaced our awning end caps on our 2003 recently, along with the fabric. The caps are easy to replace
Fiamma's website has diagrams showing the part numbers; other vendors carry Fiamma parts too, Fiamma is usually the same price and has the best stock.

Thanks Bill, RonB, & Larry...
Thanks again and just a heads up for those also needing awning parts...
I emailed Fiamma 7 pictures so that they would know exactly what we have.
Fiamma replied with the part numbers and pricing and told me to call when ready to place the order.
Me being me, I looked up Fiamma on Amazon and found the exact part numbers.
However, my spirit told me not to order on Amazon, call them as instructed.
I called to place the order, good thing I did. The same part numbers have 2 sizes.
He had me measure ours, 6.5 inches tall...
I dodged a bullet. Not knowing this I would likely have ordered the wrong parts on amazon.
