Have you tried contacting Vince for a suggestion or to see if his shop sprays polyurethane?
I think he still works at Leisure Coachworks.
A fresh polyurethane paint job is in the 20K+ range.

I’ll get local estimates for regular paint and decide what to do. After 18 years in the Arizona sun it is looking pretty bad.

The majority of the cost is likely to be the labor (especially prep). The brand of paint probably won't be a major factor.
As I understand it polyurethane has a whole different level of expensive hazmat issues that may even require a different paint booth. Many shops refuse to use it, I’m told, because booth exhaust must be given special consideration.

Polyurethane paint is highly poisonous if inhaled, the two-part paint can cure in the lungs. End of story.
The painter must wear a sealed suit with a filtered air supply. Two-part paints are common today and many spray booths are properly equipped to spray polyurethanes.
As Andy pointed out, the majority of the cost of a repaint job is the labor involved in sanding and masking for the multiple layers of paint and striping.
The cost of a high-quality paint job can exceed the value of an older motorhome.

The photos I have seen of motorhomes being painted in Mexico (by highly-recommended shops) generally show a carport-like structure, not an enclosed paint booth. And several showed the paint job being done outdoors.
I would not expect the same level of durability or finish since the prep and application environment/control won't be the same.
