So I guess these must be the inevitable cracks. I can juuuuuust feel them with my fingernail. I noticed them shortly after I got this rig and they don't seem to have noticeably changed. These are the only three so far and they are all on the driver side.
So I have a question. Is this a good time to address them or should I wait until they open a bit?

Jor,
Our crack was a bit larger. Here is a pic of it. We had gone to Zion in fairly warm weather and the crack did not appear until about a week after we returned home to So Cal.
Vince replaced the whole end cap and repainted it for about $400. Harold (BlueOx25) had recommended Captain Tolleys crack repair.

Unfortunately for us the crack was too wide. Captain Tollieys may be helpful to you.
We have similar cracks in isolated areas but very minor. I may add some Tolleys to these areas.
Dont fret. Be happy.

We had a similar crack probably between Kent and JOR's in size which was discovered when I was re-calking all of our caps, windows and joints on our 98~MB last year with 3M 5200. At that time I just filled it with some 3M 5200 and I keep an eye on it since.

Looks like the seam around the end cap needs sealant too. Something like 3M 4000 UV Polyether Adhesive Sealant would work. I would seal cracks asap to mitigate water intrusion.

A polyurethane sealant will work on stress cracks, as long as the cracks are not the fullly across the cap.
On full width cracks, especially on the rear caps, I prefer to use a clear tape made for exterior exposure , such as used for hood edge and bike frames.
