Title: Arm rest

Has anyone replaced or added to their drivers side armrest to make it more comfortable/useful. I find that it is too low for my right arm.

I went on Amazon and got an arm rest extension.
It straps onto the existing arm rest and raises your resting arm up maybe 3-4 inches.
