I want to compliment Rich Solar on their customer service. I bought my panels and controller from them. A few weeks after i received the stuff I noticed that they had started a sale. I wrote them and they, no questions asked, immediately refunded me about $170!!! I like those guys.

Hadn't heard of them so googled it.  Is this their website?

Yes. Along with great customer support they have excellent tech support, both email and phone.
