I installed one of those cheesy little burfnaggles that allow you to open your screen door from the inside without opening the slider. Worked fine but it exacerbated the popping out of the slider (always on the bottom). Anyhow, I installed a little keeper bar on the top side which seems to have cured the problem. I think it just keeps the slider from flexing enough so it stays in the track on the bottom. I used a 1/2" x 1/16" aluminum flat bar which fits just about right.

Jor, this was my solution (idea “borrowed” from Steve B.) for the screen door. Not purdy but works well. Haven’t experienced any issues with the slider popping out.
Greg and Steve (aka MacGyvers),
I like your solution better than mine!
