Hello, does anybody know where I can order a replacement for the shower dome on my 30 foot rear bed 2002 lazy Daze I was told it measured 23 x 23 with 1 1/4 inch flange . Inside the shower measures 22 x 22. Thank you so much for any help I can receive.

Karen and Laim,
The one on My 1988 MB with an aluminum frame is no longer made.
Option #1.  I found was to purchase a new 23x23 Escape hatch cover for Jensen Dome, remove the metal parts and reassemble onto the old frame. Purchase the new one at a local RV shop and pick it up.  Most receive their nightly shipments on a pallet and the dome arrives safely intact.  If it gets drop shipped it usually goes small package carrier and gets damaged.
Option #2 Was to remove the old Shower dome and build up a wood frame. Cover the wood frame with Eterna bond Tape and install a new Plexiglas dome and garnish.  NO!!!!! No!! Too rigid and will likely crate worse leaks.
Option #3, My Leak was an 1/8 diameter hole.  I covered the hole with a small 2" square of Aluminum tape, the peel away sticky back kind for metal heating ducts.  Then I covered the patch with Dicor.  No Problems and no more leaks for 3 years.

I bought a replacement for my 2003 from Todd Miller, ex factory employee.

Or you could consider replacing the plastic with a piece of 1/4" smoky Lexan. That's what I did on one rig.

Karen and Liam,

I have paid for one that's being reserved by Todd to send me when I'm ready to install it.  I imagine it's the same as yours, and here's what he said: <ldrvtodd@yahoo.com>
"Actually I do have a newly designed replacement shower dome as that one you have was discontinued many years ago, This one is much better and has a 20 year life expectancy. Is $300 plus shipping but a nice set up. ... Shipping to local US is roughly $50."
"These are specially made units which unfortunately are kind of pricey. Nothing I can do about that sorry. I am not sure how long or if I will get more of these down the road."

Good luck!  Kristin
p.s. Sorry I missed that you were asking for karenmarshall... but anyway here it is.  --k

I was wondering if the new style shower skylight is an insulated dome? Can any of you folks who installed the new and improved skylight tell if it is a better at keeping out the cold and heat?

Thanks,
