Title: Proper asking price
Post by: Molly101 on August 24, 2022, 10:30:28 pm
My wife and I are thinking of selling our 2017 LAZYDAZE 27 MB. At present we have 32000 miles, we’ll maintained mechanically. Bigfoot levelers added. We are thinking 100,000$. Is this sound right? 😊

If it was a RB, I would say "sold!"

Bought a 2017 TK with 7,000 miles for 90,000 in March

Given you have levelers and they don’t make them anymore, sounds about right

A very rough guide:

The Lazy Daze Companion: Lazy Daze Price Guide (https://lazydazearticles.blogspot.com/p/lazy-daze-price-guide.html)

For the reasons Dave mentioned, I would start higher than the guide suggests. You have a rare commodity.

Thinking maybe we will start 100,000-110,000to begin and have room to negotiate.

It's certainly in the ballpark. We paid 90K for the same rig (with levelers) and 17,000 miles last spring. We love it!
