What's the cure?
That seems to be a common problem on the 2021's. Mine, yours, and Ken and Pat's all have that issue. You may also find that the bottom lock doesn't lock. It only appears to do so. I just got back from visiting the mothership. They took it apart and "tweaked" it. You might call them and ask exactly what they did to fix it so you could do the same.

I sent an email.
The reason I asked here was I thought I saw some fixes posted before.
The latch doesn’t stick on my 2021 but the deadbolt was real hard to turn. I was afraid the key was going to snap off. I sprayed some graphite on the deadbolt and it works much better. This is what I used 3-IN-ONE Lock Lube (https://www.lowes.com/pd/3-IN-ONE-3-in-One-2-oz-Lock-Lube/50370408).

Mine's a little tight but I'm thinking it's made that way on purpose to keep the door from rattling?
On rare occasions with our 2010 rear bath the inside locking lever for the door handle (see pix) would drop down locking the handle. That made me realize how easy one could be locked out of the motorhome hence my getting a spare Ford cab door key hidden under the coach somewhere. There has never been any issue with the deadbolt lock not functioning.
Steve helped me.
There's some insulation that interferes with the latch.
I'm fixing it now.
He was very helpful.
