Title: The 7.3L V8
Post by: tedeboy on July 28, 2021, 12:34:02 am
I'm sold so far.

I've got about 3,000 miles,  some towing,  and it's strong. Real strong.

I averaged 11.2 mpg towing about 4,000 pounds of Honda CR-V from Mount Rainier to Roseburg, OR today.

Towing south up the Grapevine  I-5 with the air conditioner on in 100° weather didn't phase this beast.
Both engine and transmission didn't heat up much at all.  Max transmission temp reached was 221°.
