Two, actually. After we saw this improvement on the Coachman’s LD, we had to do it! ;)

Mine aren't quite that big. :-) They are about 3.5 inches wide, 8.5 inches long as and 1.5 inches deep. I have 2 on each side and 2 at the end.
A couple of alternatives (I've used both in various places): a bigger one and a smaller one...
14 x 21.6 x 2.8 inch desk drawer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QX8S39K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
9.45 x 3.74 x 1.77 inch pencil drawer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PXB3K5G/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
The bigger drawer mounts with four screws and is suitable for mounting on the long side of a table, rather than on the end as Greg & Victoria did with their drawers. It doesn't latch securely, so I added a bungee to the rear. That keeps it closed in transit, but is still easy to pull open.
The little pencil drawer is self-adhesive, so mounting is easy. It latches closed--push to open, push to close and latch.
Andy, the desk drawer you referenced looks pretty good. I like the rail system on it. The Add-a-Drawer product is just plastic so it remains to be seen how they hold up over time.
I removed our drawers from our previous motorhome where they had been for at least 5 years. Never had any problems with them and still they work just as well in the new motorhome. They have never slid out while driving even though I have some heavy tools in one of them.
The larger desk drawer I recommended is all-metal, and very sturdy. The only drawback to that one is that installation is somewhat difficult if you’re working alone. You have to hold it up against the underside of the table, and while holding it, drive in screws. I solve this problem by putting the drawer across the armrests of my office chair and then jacking up the chair until it trapped the drawer against the underside of the table. If you have two people, then you can probably find a better way to do it. :-)
I had a similarly sized desk drawer in my previous Airstream, but that one was made of plastic. Nevertheless, it held up just fine in temperatures over 120° F. I would have linked to it, but couldn’t find it in a quick search on Amazon.
