I have a 1995 Lazy Daze and the handle lock doesn’t work. I’d also like to replace the secondary lock above it. I’m having a hard time finding anything online that will fit this model. Has anyone with a similar year replaced their locks?
Current model is made by Tri-mark. Replacements can be found Here Trimark Locks (https://www.pacificrvmirrors.com/category-s/4160.htm) That's probably not the same one for 1995. Post a picture and you may get a better answer.
I found my lock brand/model by googling RV entry door lock and looking at the images until I found one that matched.

Good to know about the brand. Thank you. May sound silly to some. I put a tiny tiny black square and a tiny round dot with a black sharpie next to door the lock. So to aide me in which key for top lock. Which key for bottom lock. I'm well trained now....Square for top, round for bottom.
I have a 2005 30'TB I need to replace the entire coach door Assembly before it breaks completely.! Anyone found one that will work! 😬😳
Hi Juanita: a description of what problems you have with the lock, and of course some pictures would help. It sounds like you have the same lockset that my '99 does. It is still working, so far. I did file notches in the tops of my keys, for easier ID in dim light, and to denote the top of the keys. Three for the dead bolt, two for the handle. I have duplicated keys from Home Despot, but they don't match the original key shapes.
In a 7 month ago reply I specified a 'left' hand lock, but I would need a 'Right' hand lock. Most of us would need that one. The hard part is modifying the holes in the door and frame to fit. RonB

Hi Ron,
The springs in the handle are wearing out and it doesn't always willingly open without fiddling with it.
My solution has been to raise inside handle to open rather than push it down, the most natural way to open the door from the inside.
I found the link you shared, unfortunately, the one is out of stock.

Hi Juanita; I seem to remember a comment from someone here (on the Forum) that had replaced the springs with generic ones available from a hardware store. I haven't found that yet, but I did find a comment from Joan referencing a replacement lock for the Bargeman L300 lock. That is evidently still available. L300 Replacement Entry Door Lock, 013-257 -20-2084 (https://www.rvshop.com/L300-Replacement-Entry-Door-Lock-013-257-_p_73883.html) I'm looking at it to see if that would fit into the same holes already in your door and frame.
I'm still looking for the spring replacement comment. It may have been way back there...... You could try a locksmith to see if your present lock could be 'refreshed'. RonB
edit: Found this link to a discussion 6 years ago here: Repairing a Bargman L300 Coach Door Lock (replace spring) (https://www.lazydazeowners.com/index.php?topic=29478.msg165849#msg165849) It jumps back another 6 years to 12 years ago, with pictures and a reference to Grainger Catalog springs. Ace Hardware and other places likely carry similar springs. Thanks to Jim of Jim & Gayle RB
We have a 2003 MB and the replacement we found on Amazon for $65.00 (scratch and dent) was TriMark T505 (only one lock, no deadbolt).
Hope this helps someone!

Very nice! Thank you for posting this.
Did you need to make any modifications to the door (or door frame) to make this work? Or was is just remove the old one, install new one?
Thanks!
