I had placed a local "Wanted" add on Craigslist for a 26.5 mid bath with the dual rear couches and got a response from an individual who has a 2006 (anniversary edition) with approx. 60,000 miles on it about 3 hours from here.. He wants $49,000 for it and won't entertain any offers. He sent me pictures and it looks good from pictures but I felt his price was a bit high. But I got a rather curt reply from him yesterday because he didn't want to waste any more of his time with emails. I had not made any offer as I was planning a trip down to see it.
He is .not selling it until end of March as he is using it now and won't be returning home with it until that time. I was quite put off by his reply, but that being said, what do you feel about his non negotiable price he is asking?
Yes, the price is too high.. I sold the exact Rig 18 months for much less, 60K miles, in excellent shape.. Look on RV Trader they have a few Lazy Dazes now that maybe are more open to dealing with you.

IMHO I'd move on to a seller more interested in having a business relationship rather than a confrontation.
Chris
I agree, too high. You can use this as a (very) rough guide for pricing:

I couldn’t agree more! In fact, I’d be dubious of any information this person might offer regarding the history and condition of the LD. I’d be moving on down the road.
I’d also suggest that you place a WTB ad in this Forum’s classified section and be specific about your preferred years and models.
Hope this helps.
Thank you all for your input. I really appreciate it. I didn't want to be just another person placing a Wanted ad on here for a mid bath, but since I'm opening up to some 2nd and 3rd. choices, I'll go ahead a place ad. Any other input on my original question certainly welcome.
There is a 2011 advertised on RVtrader for $49500 ( I believe accurate). It is advertised as a midbath, but I think it is actually a rear kitchen. Located in Sugarland Tx. I think that the same RV was advertised in CL, ( Waco Tx) for $37000, but it didn't even make it 24 hours. I was interested, but until we get a handle on this virus, no flights for me. . Now, one week later, on RVtrader for an additional $12500. Still not a bad price if it is well kept.
Yes, I looked at that one Milosdad when it first came online, but it only really has sleeping area for two people together on the front couches. That wouldn't be ideal for my situation, but thank you for mentioning it.
THE REAR KITCHEN WITH NEWER CHASSIS & UPGRADE ac WITH ONLY 20,000 MILES IS A MUCH BETTER DEAL THAN THE 2006.
i HAD A 2004 REAR kITCHEN & LIKED IT ALOT. EARLY MORNING COFFEE & READING WITHOUT DISTURBING SLEEPERS
(JUST SAW YOUR LATEST POST, MINE DID HAVE THE UPPER BUNK INSTAED OF THE ENTERTAINMENT CTR)
