Permabond TA4610 (https://www.permabond.com/products/permabond-ta4610/)

It's a two-part acrylic adhesive, not polyurethane. It comes in two tubes and needs to be mixed before using.
It is a specialized adhesive made for bonding to polypropylene and polyethylene, both tough materials to glue.
For resealing, I see no advantage of using it over a one-part polyurethane, a product already known to work well.
What do you want to use it for?

For application on any surface, proper preparation is essential for long-term success, no matter what the adhesive is.
