Need to replace galley sink, any recommendations?

General theme - it's not easy. The original is stuck in there really well. Be very careful to avoid damaging the counter. A deeper sink is attractive, but remember that whatever you choose also needs to accommodate the plumbing under the sink.
My advice - if there is any way you can live with a refurbished version of what you already have, give that a try before attempting a complete replacement.

Check to see if LD still has replacement sinks in the right size. While difficult, I have popped a few out. I can't say it's something I enjoyed doing.
To remove, I applied multiple layers of masking tape around the perimeter of the sink, to avoid damaging the countertop.
A 1" wide, thin flexible putty knife, sharpened to a razor edge, was use to push under the sink's rim, going around the sink many times until the adhesive has been completely cut.
Sink coating kits are available, I have not been impressed with their longevity and durability when used in bathroom showers and sinks, even when done by professionals.

Replaced ours. This one worked great, minor adjustments. Found at https://www.etrailer.com/RV_Sinks/Patrick_Distribution/277-000601.html

A beautiful sink! What were the adjustments you had to make, if I may ask? And what faucet did you install?
Thank you.
May be to late to respond, however, I replaced my sink. 2006 MB 26.5. I ordered sink from LD. Perfect fit, replacement was not to difficult if you are patient. Did not scratch or damage countertops. faucet was from Lowes. Sorry LD is in storage so no pic.
