Our LD TK has a couple holes in one of the white vinyl walls next to one of the couches. Not a big deal really. Looks like the previous owner just placed a couple screws for a wall hanging. I first thought I would use the existing holes to hang something else but then I noticed the white colored brads or nail heads in the ceiling that I assume fasten the ceiling to rafters.
I'm wondering if there is something similar I could use to plug the holes in the wall. Maybe more likely I could find small round white vinyl stickers that would hide the holes and not draw much attention. Anything like that exist?
What I have done is use the rounded butt of a screwdriver to gently press/rub the holes until they are completely flush again and almost disappear, then use a good quality spackle. They will be nearly invisible.

The Mothership sent me a couple of screws with plastic caps to insert in the ceiling of our RB when I replaced a failed Smoke Alarm with a 3-in-1 ceiling alarm and no longer needed the existing holes from the failed alarm.

I have seen Kent's suggestion used and if you don't mind the little bump of the cap, it looks "like it belongs".
If you decide use the spackle idea Steve suggested, FYI there are spackles that allow for some flex - easy to find at Home Depot by asking/reading labels. I would use one of those, so when your RV is wiggling down the road (all those minor bumps and cracks) the spackle spot won't crack.

Do what Steve said and then visit your local craft store and find a matching paint, in a small bottle.
Matching paint is useful for all sorts of interior touch-ups.
