Title: Replacing my propane alarm
Post by: Bob Wilson on September 16, 2019, 12:15:32 pm
I have a 2007 31 ft. LD which still has the original alarm which I assume  still works, but it is aged out.

Doing some research , located model Safe Alert 30-442 with same cut out dimensions.

Have you replaced yours and if so, what mgf-model did you use,

Thanks

Bob

Bob

That's the same model many of us have bought and installed. However, one word of caution. You may find that the center to center measurement of the mounting holes do not match the OEM LP alarm. It was necessary for me to fabricate a new backing plate upon which to mount the new unit.   ::)
