Been trying several times a day all week to call Parts/Service at the same number we've called for years, and no one is picking up. Has the number changed? Anyone know what's up?
Thanks!
Jim
Did you try the main sales phone number?
Labor Day may have something to do with it. You might want to call back after Monday. Although their web site says they are “Closing Soon” so calling Sales might get better results.

Thanks, Kent and HiLola/Greg. I've been trying for the past three days, several times a day, and nothing. I did try the sales number and just got a voice recording. Left a message yesterday at the sales number and also heard nothing back.
Never had this problem before--I've always gotten through immediately to Vince.
Guess I will try next week again after the holiday.
It that time of year when Lazy Daze goes on vacation. Everybody (is forced) to take a two week(?) vacation and the entire work force scatters to the wind. I suspect they will be closed until the Ninth of September. It happens every year about now. RonB
I didn't see any "closing soon" notice on the LD website (?), but I believe that Ron is correct about the timing of the factory hiatus. One would think that a brief "closed for vacation until ...." message recorded on each of the phone lines would be a simple and effective way to alert customers to the downtime, but although this is odd - and, IMO, not businesslike at all - this is just the factory's MO.
YMMV, of course.

Is anything about Lazy Daze normal?
You are assuming that LD has upgraded to phones with an answering machine.

I also tried several times today and no answer. I wanted to know what they recommend for a new fridge for the Mid Bath. Mine is a Dometic RM 3662 and Dometic said in their replace cross reference guide that either a DM 2662 (6 cf) or a DM 3762 (7 cf). Both look like they will fit the opening but the DM 2662 is 2" shorter than the original fridge. I wanted to know what the current refrigerator Lazy Daze is using. I also wanted to know how they get the fridge in and out as the door way is too narrow. Do you just slide the dining window open and it fits through or do you have to take the whole window frame out. Any one know?
Thanks
Kevin
"Do you just slide the dining window open and it fits through or do you have to take the whole window frame out. Any one know?"
Your question was my question until the day I had it done. Yes, they put it through a window and no, the frame need not be removed... the cross section measures 24" X 24", an easy fit. Once it's inside they stand it upright and go to work. ;D
I got a message from someone via a FB page I admin saying they called yesterday and got a "Number is disconnected / no longer in service" message.
I have not personally confirmed this.
I just tried the main # (
(909) 627-1103) and got a voice recording stating hours of operation and a robo message "memory is full". And no one is answering the a parts and service #.
Chris
Chris is correct, of course!
They took the week off and will be back on Tuesday after Labor Day
Yes, the factory is always closed the first week of September. Not sure if he still does it but Steve usually goes on a motorcyle trip.

Never knew that. Bookmarked this thread for future reference. Thanks!
