Title: Where to get chrome wheel simulators for 2006 26.5 foot LD?
Post by: Cebuano54 on August 03, 2019, 03:52:45 pm
I lost one of the KII rear chrome wheel simulators on a drive today. Any recommendations on where I can buy a replacement, and can I buy just one or do they come in pairs?

Thanks.

Ted

This is the link to KII's catalog; wheel covers and hardware are all listed. It there's any uncertainly about fit for any parts, a call to Kaper II will answer the questions.

"Any recommendations on where I can buy a replacement..."

My daughter, LazyBones2, lost one of our rear simulators on her most recent trip to Mt. Rushmore. She just ordered a replacement from the Mother Ship. Give Todd or Vince a call and tell them what you need.  :)

Steve, getting replacement wheel covers from KII *may* be less expensive than from the factory, especially when one factors in shipping and waiting for LD to get the check before they send the product.

I’ve dealt with KII a few times, and they are very responsive and knowledgeable.

YMMV, of course.
