Title: '89 chevy g30, 5.7 L TBI 10K GVWR fluids

I have spent the last, almost 2 hrs researching the steering fluid type and capacity. No luck. Would appreciate some help please.

This is what I use in all my vehicles. It gets changed every four years of so plus an inline filter has been installed on a return line.

I also use that. What is the capacity of the system? Just use the dip stick recommendations?
