I am terrified of having a blowout so I have been looking at these flow thru valves to go with my monitoring system. I have to much trouble getting to the inside dualies.
These will make it easy to put air in without having to remove the monitor.
Any suggestions are welcome.

What brand of Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) do you have?
I use the TST 507 system and use THESE (https://www.amazon.com/TST-507-Flow-Through-Sensors-pack/dp/B00KPQZP7C/ref=sr_1_20?crid=2QS96YG9L6AEO&keywords=tst+507+rv+tire+pressure+monitoring+system&qid=1555474838&s=automotive&sprefix=TST+%2Cautomotive%2C248&sr=1-20) sending units.
I also use the V2B valve stems on top of them to save the threads....
Alligator V2B valve stem (https://www.amazon.com/Alligator-V2B-Inflate-Through-Valve/dp/B014VCY3S2/ref=pd_cp_263_1?pd_rd_w=uYnQY&pf_rd_p=ef4dc990-a9ca-4945-ae0b-f8d549198ed6&pf_rd_r=00SDJ4J00FZ1KH2RX3G0&pd_rd_r=d0aeb6ee-60c7-11e9-a944-2f3383ee933a&pd_rd_wg=FZ1xA&pd_rd_i=B014VCY3S2&psc=1&refRID=00SDJ4J00FZ1KH2RX3G0)
Take a look at this LDO Thread titled Hubcaps (http://www.lazydazeowners.com/index.php?topic=33215.msg201644;topicseen#new) for information on replacement valves that extend to the outside of the rear duals.
Some think they are about as important as a TPMS (disclosure- I fall into that group).
