Title: The "Changes through the years" link is broken
Post by: tedeboy on November 03, 2018, 07:34:01 pm
I was curious.
Was it 2003 that the dual pane windows were introduced?
Was it 2004 that the coaches were widened by 4 inches?

Hi Ted. In 2003 the double thick window panes went to dual thermal panes, with an insulating space in between the panes.
The width only increased for the 23.5' floor plans, because they changed from the 8' wide E350, to the 8.5' E450 chassis. The 26.5 and 30.5 models were already on the E450 Super Duty chassis. RonB

Re "Changes Through the Years", the file is in Steve Cook's (our administrator) hands. Steve is determining the best way to incorporate it into our platform.
