My 2006 RK does not come with exterior AC plugs. An oversite on my part when I purchased the rig. I assumed there were at least one. Do any year/model of LD have factory installed AC outlets on the exterior? Has anyone ever installed one aftermarket?
Thanks
Bob

The only external AC plug on our 06 30' is at the refrigerator.

That's what all LD have, never seen an LD without one.
One of the two plugs is available for other uses.
Installing a external plug is possible using a water proof outlet cover.
Make sure it is properly grounded and powered through a GFI (ground fault interrupter) breaker or GFI outlet.

I had one installed in the generator compartment just inside the left side of the door opening. It works great for me, as I route my cord through the open bottom.

Mid-Bath units have an exterior AC outlet to the rear of the entry door. I've used mine a few times. I've spent much more time trying to keep water out despite the 'waterproof' cover.
For example: Bad rain storm, receptacles not working (http://www.lazydazeowners.com/index.php?topic=30826.msg178653#msg178653)

Thanks for the replies.
I did discover the one inside the refridgerator compartment. That should work for my needs.
