A Rear Kitchen that looks to be in pretty good condition, albeit a bit overpriced IMHO. I've got to ask, though, what is the purpose of those funky looking skirts I see hanging off the rear bumper on (usually older) motorhomes?

The skirts are to keep rocks from hitting whatever you are towing.

The way the shown skirt is mounted, it is designed to kick up enough gravel to destroy the toad's wind shield quickly.
The skirt looks like it is supposed to knock down rocks, being thrown by the rear dual tires.
By being mounted on the rear bumper, instead of being just rearward of the duals, the skirt will dip and touch the road surface, anytime the rear wheels drop into a big dip.
If there are any rocks or gravel, on the road's surface, they will be kicked up and thrown back toward the tow vehicle, completely negating any of the skirt's usefulness.
I have a similar skirt, rusting away out back, taken off someone's LDs, years ago.
Larry
Yeah, it seems a pair of mudflaps just behind the duals would be much more effective.
This one is posted on RVTrader as well, with a few more pics. One pic shows them set up with a Kia Sol. 78k miles with a toad, what would you place as a fair price for this. I need a new home and looking for a nice one that is fairly turn key and boondock ready.

Great price on a 2007 MB.
Salvaged title on repaired roof on drivers side.
Other than that ... :}

This used to be my RV before it was totaled by my insurance company after a 2,000 pound tree trunk fell on the roof during a severe wind. In addition to the damage visible in the posted picture, there was evidence of a "crushed" suspension. I was in the RV when it happened. SCARY! The damage was NOT simply cosmetic as the seller claims. I spoke with the seller by phone, to relay the extent of the damage, after a friend alerted me to his posting on eBay. The eBay auction closed without an acceptable bid. It seems that the seller is now trying his luck with RVT.
Thanks for the warning

My friend contacted the dealer who has this 26 IB on consignment and was able to get the price reduced to $38,000 but did not actually see the unit and chose to but Some Other Brand (SOB) because she felt that the price at $38K was still too much!

Re: powersgorsuch .... Thanks for the heads up. He said he would let it go for 20k. Other than the damage :-X ... coach os clean. Sorry for the lose, but I heard you bought a new one.
Shark Melton: Coach appears clean. On close inspection, however, the metal framings/housings of the appliances on the drivers side reveal evidence of overall frame damage/stress. The framings/housings had obviously been torqued. The insurance adjuster felt that the true extent of the damage could not be determined without removing the aluminum siding on the driver's side. I take issue with the seller's description of "cosmetic damage". I do not know if it is ethical for me to publicly post the amount it was totaled for. Suffice it to say that the amount was substantial. The rig was in great shape before the accident. Had the damage truly been cosmetic, I do not believe that it would have been totaled. We were heartbroken by the loss.
Currently, we are in the market for 2013 or younger 27' Mid-bath LD. No luck so far. As a result, we have put our names on the list fat the factory for a new one.
I do not know if it is ethical for me to publicly post the amount it was totaled for. Suffice it to say that the amount was substantial. The rig was in great shape before the accident.
I would think the lack of disclosure by the seller is not ethical.
Since the walls were not opened and unseen damage repaired, i would run way from this rig as fast as I could.
You may have saved some unsuspecting buyer from years of problems.

1999 lazy days 26ft 18k miles - rvs - by owner - vehicle automotive sale (https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/rvs/d/1999-lazy-days-26ft-18k-miles/6444704221.html)
Hello all ...
So I went and looked at this low milage '99 RB. Blue and white classic with blue interior. Less than 20k miles and 116 hrs on the generator. Generator fired up fine when the coach engine is running, but not off the house batteries. Needs new house batteries. The coach seems to have been sitting out side since 99 for the most part. Roof needs resealing, no obvious leaks. Solar panels discolored but seem to be charging. All 5 clearance lights up front are sun baked and crumbled to nothing. Paint needs to be brought back to life on hood. Drivers door slightly scrapes the the bottom of the coach that is overhanging the cab?.. door is aligned properly, tight clearance on passenger side too. Tires are aged out. Body and paint on sides and back are pretty good. Owner damaged rear corner slightly when backing out of fenced backyard just before I got there. Not terrible, but lightly gouged through the paint and into the aluminum though, and broke off the lower clearance light. The cab HVAC works good. Sound system sucks. The coach interior is in good condition just needs a good cleaning. All the lights and fans, except the bathroom vent fan, work. Roof a/c-heat blows cold but no heat. I wasn't able to test propane appliances, no propane. Furnace and water pump cycle on and off properly. Not sure about water heater. Not there long enough to get the fridge temp down and "check" light is on. Undercarriage/suspension looks good, again less than 20k miles.
If you made it through that rambling, maybe you could give me some feedback back on what you think it is worth. Owner is locked into low twenties. I would be placing all liquid assets into purchasing and moving in. I have a tire shop that would float me a set of tires but the rest would need to wait a bit, and I can't. I will be moving into what ever I purchase right away.
I have even contemplated this:

Run, don’t walk, away. It sounds like the nose cap structure has deteriorated causing the sag that is scraping the cab doors. You didn’t mention the asking price, but, it’s too much.
Check the areas below the windows in the bunk. If they are soft or out of shape there is a problem.

$22500 asking, came down to $20000
I am very green at this. I did look in that area, but with an eye out for signs of water damage. Nothing jumped out. The passenger door had less than .25" clearance as well. Thank you for the heads up. I definitely don't need to buy a mores problems. So I guess I am still on the hunt in San Jose.
Not a lot of time and not a lot of money ... The power of positive thinking is being tested. Thank you for the heads up.
For a fixer-upper, the 30-footer Duro posted above at under $7000 would be a much better deal, if it's as good in-person as it is in the pictures. (Not always a given, as you have seen.) But the skillset and necessary parts for replacing an engine is much easier to find with acceptable quality than having coachwork done on a rotting overhang. It will still cost $, but you might come in under $10/12k if you can source the right resources. Geography may kill the practicality of it all, too.
Chip
Shark, you may want to start a new thread and let us know what your price range and the intended use is for a LD since this thread is meant to point out what LD's are available for purchase.
BTW, I would stay away from any of the 80's models unless you are very handy and have plenty of liquid assets to throw at it. Ask me how I know!
Hi Shark, just a general comment; roof A/C's don't blow hot. The heat strip was and is an unpopular option due to the noise of the fan and extra cost. I've only seen one in many many motorhomes. A small box fan is more convenient, locatable for best effect, and quiet for when you have electric hookups. RonB
But the heater option does a fairly quick job of warming up the inside in the morning.

Nice. Good advice HiLola. I will. Thank you.
Drivers door slightly scrapes the the bottom of the coach that is overhanging the cab?.. door is aligned properly, tight clearance on passenger side too.
I have worked on two LDs with the same condition, both had leaks that destroyed most of the framing in the overhead bunk, causing the cabover to sag, to the point it was hitting the cab doors.
Repairing this is a HUGE and expensive project. As suggested, run, don't walk away.

Much more information is needed, of course, but this rig shows well (going only from a quick look) for two basic reasons:
The exterior has been polished and prepped.
The interior looks clean and is free of 'personal stuff' and clutter.
Prospective sellers might want to take heed of these two points. ::)

Just a comment based only on one photo: if I were interested in this rig (in addition to all the other 'smart buyer' inspection protocols), I'd check the hitch and underpinnings, including around the 'tub' for the spare tire, for signs of stress, wear, and leaks/water damage. Who knows what or how much the 'carrier' on the back was loaded with; a single point hitch connection and heavy loads on a wide carrier, particularly unbalanced heavy loads, can cause a lot of torque!
JMO; YMMV.

$18,500, for a 1981, I sure hope they hid some gold bars somewhere in there. :o

Yes, I would like to ask how they prepped the vinyl wood interior pieces to be painted, and what they were on when they chose the exterior color.
Very thoughtfully done ad. One could have had the tires replaced at Costco and included “tire inflation system completely rebuilt with high-tech nitrogen” - certain to add at least $500 to the price.

Considering we sold our clean 1983 22' LD, in 2002, for $8000, yes, it's way overpriced.
This happens a lot when people take an older RV, spend a lot of money upgrading the coach and then think it worth is a lot more, not taking into consideration that the chassis is still the same ancient design.
An 1981 LD also has a carburetor, which next to nobody works on anymore, and 3-speed transmission, so the engine spins at high RPMs, when cruising.
The lack of overdrive, along with a marginal cooling system caused the early death of many 350 V8s.
The poor 350 engines are basically beat to death, too small an engine for too much weight.
Our 1983 LD's 350 needed connecting rod bearings and a timing kit at 85,000 miles. While the coach was in great shape at 110,000 miles, the engine was close to needing rebuilding. When purchased, at 55,000 miles, it was on its second transmission.
Having owned both older and newer LDs, the later (Ford E450s) are built much better, more dependable and will last much longer before major repair are needed.

Here's the ad
We forget that we see lots of ads, done by people who know these motorhomes. The price at $9000 seems low, but a 20 year old motorhome, and a Lazy Daze, isn't a car.
The refrigerator is only a two way. 110 VAC, and gas. The water heater is only gas, unless it was replaced with a different one. And 6, not 8 gallons. The cabinet frames are wood, but the faces are printed vinyl, and well done. Ducted floor?. The heater is ducted with wall outlets. The phrase 'solid countertops' normally connotes tile, or stone, but fiberglass is certainly solid. The expendable table is expandable too. An A&E awning isn't a Fiamma, but is certainly a good awning.
It appears to be a Ford E350, and should have a V10. I believe the generator was standard in 1998. An Onan Emerald II Plus. Also the Air con was standard, and I think the factory gave up on the swamp cooler that year. No word about other options. The TV wasn't included in the 23.5 models. The condition looks excellent, probably kept stored inside in Michigan. Very clean too. The roof probably needs resealing soon. Age of tires/spare unknown. Age of batteries. Maintenance records? Oil changed, brakes bled, inspected, Rubber hoses, belts, etc. My '99 frig still works, but could quit tomorrow, so could this one. Hours on the generator?
Greg, you said you were waiting for a short one! RonB
Thanks for keeping an eye out, Ron! When the time comes, I'll be targeting a 2008 or newer chassis. In the meantime, patiently waiting . . .

Well, the seller is flat wrong, the one shown looks just like Steves's 2004 23.5' Front Lounge.

I'm aware. Best to take it up with them, though -- I can't edit his listing.

I think supply and demand may effect the higher asking price's. I look for ads almost everyday not many Lazy Daze for sale. And low mileage well cared for rigs seem to sell quickly.

I think this is common with CL ads. People will post their ads in several different areas to cast a wider net.
I still haven't figured out how to accomplish posting in multiple areas!

Well, that makes sense; thanks for the FYI. I've never used Craig's List so I was clueless! ;)

That 30ft 2006 Anniversary Edition on RV Trader with 54000 miles is a pretty good deal for $39,000. I doubt it will last long. Love to know what equipment it has on it. It looks pretty clean.
Just called on that 2006 30ft Ann Ed. and it is sold! and real fast too- The Dealer realizes his price was too low-and the owner never told him it was an Ann Ed. The Owner a woman's husband has recently died and she wanted it gone... he said it is in excellent shape. Someone got a sweet deal.

It will keep the mechanic employed until smog test is passed. Likely a carburated engine unless it has been repowered with approved fuel injection.

Good eyes Dale.
That's an LD to walk away from, who needs the hassle of repairing an unknown amount of damage.
There can be much more damage than what is visible, once the walls are opened up..
It seems that a large percentage of older LDs have some type of leakage problems due to a lack of maintenance and resealing.
Buyers beware.

From casual observation, this 2013 looks good and seems to be priced fairly; there are a lot of details to be checked out, to be sure, but if the size and model appeal, and one is *serious* about wanting a Lazy Daze, I’d move on this one now.
I would definitely look at it if it were on the West Coast as I am.
"I would definitely look at it if it were on the West Coast as I am."
---
I get the appeal of a more "local" buy, but, IMO, sometimes an opportunity to get a great deal requires travel to personally check out the rig. The choices are highly subjective, and of course, any and all potential buy(s) need(s) to be inspected very carefully, but unless one is *very* lucky to be in the right place at the right time, is flexible, and is able to move quickly, including beating feet to the seller's location, somebody else gets the gold ring.
YMMV, as always. ;)
Agreed!!!
I would also want to know the location history of this particular rig since it is currently located in Florida where it is very humid, and moisture can be the kiss of death for an improperly sealed RV.
Hello, my name is Jeff and I am looking for a nice used Lazy Daze. My wife likes the gray color. I would prefer a newer model if anyone knows of a good unit that someone is looking to sell. Thank you, Jeff

Jeff
There are lot of folks looking for the same. We get up to a half dozen new members a day who are doing the same.
I suggest checking the classified ads daily, as well as all the online RV sale sites. Have your cash ready, these rigs can move fast.
The early bird gets the LD.
Do search the archives on inspecting used LDs, too many folks have bought used LDs only to find they own a rotted mess.
Please don't be one of them.

Thank you Larry and everyone that is replying to my comment about looking to purchase a lazy daze. I am in Atlanta now because my middle sons wife just had a baby. I will fly back to San Diego on May 13th and close on my house then drive to Arkansas to start a new life there. I will go to the lazy daze factory on my way and check out the new ones. I would rather purchase a quality used one but hope checking out the new ones will help me decide which floor plan to narrow it down too. Do you think the one in Tampa is priced fair. Also saw a 2010 mid bath in Texas. Thanks again for all your help. I look forward to owning a lazy daze again. If you know of someone who wants a 40 foot diesel pusher let me know. It’s a beautiful 2004 travel supreme. Thank you, Jeff

And I appreciate that! :)
Jeff,
Call the factory before you go; I was there last week and they only had a 24TK and partially complete midbath in the showroom. Good luck.
Gary
"...and partially complete midbath in the showroom."
That's odd! I've never known them to put a 'partially' complete unit on display, considering all the open parking in the back lot. ::)
Before going to the factory, call ahead and ask for Todd. I think he has more current knowledge of what's available to look at. The woman who usually answers the phone gave me incorrect info as to what was on the "showroom" floor last time I went up there.
Also, the last time I was there, I was able to look at a partially complete 27' mid-bath that was just behind the showroom floor. It was hooked up to shore power and undergoing whatever it is they do at that part of the factory. This was with Todd. I wouldn't just go off exploring the factory, Lol though. Tempting as it would be, they prob take a dim view of it.
Btw, that new faux wood flooring they are putting in the new ones looks absolutely killer!
I agree with you. The flooring looks really great; Vince said it holds up really well and is pet friendly.
Gary

Hmm, wouldn't doubt it. It's probably just like vinyl flooring in a house. More durable than carpet, but not quite as durable as tile. Tile, I'm sure is not practical in an RV for weight considerations.
I also like a non carpeted flooring with cool looking throw rugs down that can be swapped out if you get tired of looking at them.

Even if this 2001, 23.5' checks out as super clean, has been well-maintained, is leak and "issue" free, and has "guts" upgrades, its asking price is high; IMO, $20k would be the *max* selling price. (Maybe $21k if it's a real peach!)
YMMV, of course.

Yes, I have an ultra-rare "rear twin" sitting right next to the garage! ;)

Especially in Montana! A bit overpriced but it is in Montana where the pickin's are a bit slim.
"A bit overpriced ..."
---
By about $8-10k, but worth checking out and making an offer. Asking price is one thing; actual sale price is another.
A bit overpriced but it is in Montana where the pickin's are a bit slim.
From what I see in my almost daily searches prices are higher than the lazy daze price guide in almost every case. I chock it up to supply and demand. With only at most a couple dozen used Lazy Dazes for sale at any given time. Owners seem to be asking premium prices. I consider that good news for current owners not so good if you're shopping for one.
"From what I see in my almost daily searches prices are higher than the lazy daze price guide in almost every case. I chock it up to supply and demand..."
---
Certainly there is the issue of "supply and demand"when determining pricing, but I believe that a factor in setting an asking price for those who have a loan often directly correlates to the amount needed to pay off the lender.
RVs, even LDs, depreciate rapidly, and if an owner has a long-term loan, one with a high interest rate, or one with a penalty for early payoff, s/he may find him/herself in an "upside down" situation pretty quickly. :(
Again these are asking prices we dont know what they actually sell for.

This appears to be another example of an overpriced LD. Maybe it is due to the relative rarely in States other than CA? If you read the description, there are some errors for sure:
"It's equipped with factory hydraulic leveling jacks" is simply not true. The factory doesn't install hydraulic leveling jacks and most would think it is not a good idea with a 30 foot RV with limited CCC. The blocks that most of us carry work best and weigh the least.
Another fallacy is "ducted (sp) air conditioning"...…………. I've never seen that either!
Best.
Gary
Ducted heat, yes. Ducted air, no.
"...equipped with factory hydraulic leveling jacks."
True! The factory does not install them, but mine were installed the same day I took delivery by a local outfit. And on my 30' I wouldn't be without them. Wait until you're eight + decades and see if I'm not right!
And as to 'ducts' I'm glad for mine, they move the warm air to all living spaces, particularly right at the base of the toilet bowl! Oh what a luxurious feeling first thing in the morning while sitting on that cold vessel. :o ;D
Correct on ducted heat, but when I read ducted air conditioning I didn't think of the heat as air conditioning. As to your comment on being old and needing levelers; I never thought of you as old Steve! I am starting to get it because I will no longer get down in the mud and slop to put my blocks out......................conditions have to be ideal! Lol!
Gary
!
I am starting to get it because I will no longer get down in the mud and slop to put my blocks out......................conditions have to be ideal!
You may still occasionally have to get under your rig to place blocks and/or boards under the rams, to either add lift or to keep the rams from sinking into soft dirt or mud.
Larry
"You may still occasionally have to get under your rig to place blocks and/or boards under the rams, to either add lift or to keep the rams from sinking into soft dirt or mud."
We have four black, really big, chopping blocks made of (I think) fiberglass that we use under the jacks on the Lazy Daze. They held up well under the jacks of our 16-TON DP for a decade, so I guess it must be a hearty product.
I've had in mind to drill one or two holes in each and put in some rope to drag them out with, but in their 17 years of ownership, this has not happened! Another not-accomplished project is to paint a line on the blocks that will line up with something static on the side of the Lazy Daze so that they are placed correctly on the first try each time.

Sold in one day at $72,000 (asking price). Just got the word from the seller, "Sold in a day, maybe I priced it too low?" Per our estimated depreciated values from 2018 models, it didn't appear to be the case. I think it is more of a scarcity issue of late models and people not wanting to wait 12 months to have a new one built. You can also follow the frugal shopper rule: "Be a wise shopper, let another take the hit of depreciation from new!"
We all love our LDs so much that we would like to support the factory and have buyers placing new orders; needless to say, they make nothing on the resale of older units.

This FD looks nice. With the low miles, if its been maintained and in the condition the owner states, this could be a great deal at about half the price of new. Seems at the top of the price range, but if I were looking and close, I'd take the time to go have a look\see.

LOL not for $225,000 for sure. But that is an extremely low mile toad probably worth some $$$.
I’m thinking they must have added one too many zeroes? $ 22,500 would seem reasonable.

Sue
Congrats, Sue! Did you choose this one over the 2011 TK you were previously looking at because it's newer?
Hi Greg,
Thank you and nice to hear from you. I chose this one, as the mileage is half of the other @ 24K, it is 4 years newer and the price is less. I have to replace the solar as it was removed to put on the seller's next rv.(who would do that???) The mothership said they could reinstall it for about $900 which seems very reasonable. Looking forward to some trips.
Good chatting with you~

A nice looking LD with extremely low miles. Looks completely original too. Very nice
Be careful with the low miles. I bought a 12 year old car with low miles. I noticed the suspension was loose feeling. All the rubber components had cracked and hardened. I lived with it. But an RV in that shape might have to be addressed.
Geez, I thought my 26,000 miles were low.
“Geez, I thought my 26,000 miles were low.“
LOL your 26,000 is extremely low. This thing is unbelievably low! I thought my 2007 car with 9100 miles was low.
Wish I could go buy this one. But I already got out voted lol.
Re-reading the ad - that's 5,400 miles on the engine!
Kinda wonder what the odo says. How many, and what kind of, miles on the tranny?
Robbie the robot sez "Danger Will Robinson Danger Will Robinson"
I read “engine” as a (redundant) part of the “6.8L V-10” description, not necessarily suggesting that the engine had been replaced at some time and that the 5,000 plus miles were on the new motor. The “original engine”? question would certainly be worth asking, though, as well as doing a very thorough* inspection to check for all the things which can dry out, turn to sludge, rust, leak, fade, rot, and seize up a rig which seemingly has spent most of its 10-year life parked!
The asking price is definitely too high, but the dealer likely is counting on finding a buyer who considers the very low mileage to be a plus and is willing to pay it.
Yeah, what Joel’s robot says....... 😉
On the right side of the ad, is a feature column, with the odometer listed as 5400 miles. So as far as sitting being a problem, father time is not as harsh not being driven, as it being driven. By no means is it in as good a condition as a one year old motorhome with 5400 miles, but I bet it doesn't have near as many rock chips or parking lot 'dings' as my 19 year old. I'd give it a shot but my driveway is only 3" longer than my driveway, and in San Diego I can't park on the street. RonB

CLUTCH? :o :o
That might limit it to the adventurous and the unwary ;)
Wow that’s pretty cool. The back has widows like a TK or MB. I wonder if it’s two couches back there.
Had only seen photos of this LD before.
Gosh, it's long!
Wonder if Dave Nordstrom knows about this?
He is always looking for unusual LDs to add to his collection.
Larry
Wow, I'd heard it existed but I've never even seen pictures before! The rear overhang is tremendous, going around corners must be an experience. That awning looks longer than my entire motorhome. I like that the bumper actually extends past the spare tire carrier. Unless that is 'three on the tree' and push buttons on the dash for selecting gears, I'd wager it really is an automatic. Maybe Larry will set me straight. Larry, good idea. I sent an e-mail to Dave. RonB
Showed it to DW and her only comment was, "it's ugly!" I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
I appreciate the rarity of it. I wonder if Lazy Daze would like it back?
It appear a restoration would be fairly easy assuming there are no surprises. I hope someone here will grab it. It should live on in pristine condition. A true relic from the past.
I wonder how long it's been sitting in that spot... winters in Reno can be fierce! :-\

Considering this rig's history $35,000 is way over the top! :o
“Considering this rig's history $35,000 is way over the top! :o”
Yeah Steve I agree way to much. With that salvage title I would not touch it. In my area if it has a salvage title. You take the low book value and cut it in half.
Also most insurance companies wont insure a salvage vehicle.
Hi Jody. The seller did say it was a minor puncture and the "dealership" fixed it. I would trust Lazy Daze to fix it correctly, if indeed they were the "dealership" mentioned. RonB
I believe that this was my RV before it was totaled by my insurance company after a 2,000 pound tree trunk fell on the roof during a severe wind storm. In addition to the breached roof, there was exterior evidence of a "crushed" suspension. Furthermore, on close inspection of the interior, the metal framings/housings of the appliances on the driver's side had obviously been severely torqued. The insurance adjuster felt that the true extent of the damage could not be determined without removing the aluminum siding on the driver's side. I was alarmed that the seller was advertising the damage as minimal so I contacted him by phone to provide him with accurate information about the damage. Unless something has changed, his company completed the repairs, NOT the LazyDaze factory. He said that they patched the roof, but did NOT remove the aluminum siding to assess/address less obvious structural damage.
My rig was in great shape before the accident. Had the damage truly been cosmetic, I do not believe that it would have been totaled. We were heartbroken by the loss.
Thanks powersgorsuch I thought that was yours I remember you talking about it the last time it was up for sale and you even posted some pictures of it and it was more than a little branch like the new owner is claiming it was a total loss and someone patched it back together and wasn't done by the factory.

I notice the 2000 is listed at 23.4 feet. Picky about small details is a good thing for a mechanic. The paint is unique without being too 'out there'. Low miles and priced well methinks. RonB
Thanks for this information. Looks like the person is still trying to sell it. I am looking to purchase a 26.5 midbath and came across this listing. Now I know to avoid it and keep looking.

Distant.
Relative.
Motor runs good but we think there is either a crack or a clog in the fuel line because we can't get gas from tank to motor.

That's probably right. I took the length out of my first posting since also the Craigslist ad does not specify this. Thanks.
There is absolutely no question about that being a 31'IB... I know because I own a 2004.

That is a rare LD, the GP-30HD was a heavier chassis than the G-30, with a 14,500-lb GVW.
It came with 454 V8 engine with an engine cover and hood that flipped forward, like a big rig tractor.
Just like the E-550 and the Kodiak, the GP-30HD was only in production for a couple years, very few were built by LD.

I recently saw a very simular motorhome on the Truckee CA craig's list.

Interesting, I just noticed the hood latches. Thanks for pointing it out, Larry! Also noticed the lack of side cabover windows so am assuming it has the entertainment center.

It's the classic 30'IB configuration and the pic of the bedroom confirms it. ;) ;D

Significantly under priced with very low miles. I wonder why?
JMHO, but I think that many of the LDs advertised (here and in other classifieds) are overpriced, but I agree that $18000 seems about $10000 less than I'd expect for a 2006 "shortie" in good condition. This rig may be a great deal, but I'd be super wary, have it thoroughly and professionally inspected for leaks and the whole panoply of engine/chassis/systems/appliances/everything else "warts".
. . . and the whole panoply of . . .
I had to look that one up, Joan! :)

I'm hoping to do that when the right time and rig comes along but, alas, this is neither. :(
I do like the color, though!
Perhaps this might help someone in this LD Neighborhood?

Of course, another California Lazy Daze! Btw, this '06 LD already has a couple of "interested" buyers. Good ones seem to go fast.

Pretty sketchy information; no model year listed, but could be a 1999-2002? Maybe a good deal, but, as always, should be carefully vetted/inspected. Price is high, IMO, but may be negotiable, if the rig checks out.

Hi Joan, That one in Oregon looks like a '99. The wall paper, just slightly visible, is what I have in my '99. It changed to a different pattern for 2000, and the interior paneling changed to a lighter tone in 2002. The fire extinguisher visible was recalled in mid 2000, I wonder if that one is the original? A lot of the internals match my 1999, but it could be an earlier one. Not much changed from 1997, 1998, and 1999. The grille in front also matches the 1999. RonB
Yea Ron it’s not a 2002 like you said the wood is lighter. Also I don’t have the console like that on the engine doghouse.

Thanks, Ron! Wonder why the seller didn't post the year or the mileage?
Joan the ad says 60000 miles . It also says 27’ and I know my 2002 is 26.5’ . Not sure when they went to 27’. I guess they could be just rounding up.
