Title: Sub-flooring flexing
Post by: huskerblue on September 06, 2017, 11:28:30 am
Our RK has a spot right in front of the bathroom door (bathroom same as a MB in placement) where we are now hearing a sound like metal flexing in and out when we step on it. It is not particularly alarming but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Thanks, Dave

You know you can crawl underneath while wife or someone else walks on the floor above, should tell you a lot.

Squeaks can come from something loose in the floor or from loose screws securing the galvanized sheet metal cladding, that covers the bottom of the floor.
Try using a nut driver to tighten the sheet metal screws, under the floor, accessing the screws from under the rig.
