Ever since my pump motor rebuilding my system has been working great. However, some time ago, while driving, the alarm at the left bottom of the control panel would flash occasionally. To avoid this I installed a switch between the ignition wire and the control panel. Recently, after driving some distance the system would not activate. After parking for half and hour, It would again operate normally. I have checked all connections but I could not find any loose ones. Anybody has a similar experience with Kwikee levelers.

I have the Kwikees but no symptom like yours. On the rare occasion when one or more of the rams would not retract I have removed the mounting screws (4) for the key pad, disconnected the main cable for a few seconds, reconnected the cable and everything returns to normal. I learned this from a Kwikee Tech before they went under, he said this effectively 'resets' the control board. ;)
