Hi, this is a '96 Chevy LD with Panasonic dual post/cassette type stereo. It gets no power.
The radio fuse in the van is good. I pulled out the stereo to see if there was a fuse attached - I could not see one! I even opened up the case to see if there was a fuse in there. It does say on the stereo chassis there's a 3A fuse - somewhere! Any ideas where that fuse could be? This is a Panasonic B520A. I'd love to replace this but first I have to see if there's a problem beyond the stereo itself.
I can't even test the connections for voltage as they are so small that I can't get a voltmeter in there.
Thanks for any help!

Matt, on my '02 LD 30' there is a fuse for the radio in the engine compartment. Did you look there?
Chris
Actually I had not checked in the engine compartment - will do. The radio fuse on the fuse panel itself is good however.
The radio on later models gets it's power from the coach battery. The fuse is near the isolator, put in by LD, with a fuse holder. If the battery is being charged when the engine is running then the automatic fuses on that line are good.
