Post by: Marciebp on December 28, 2016, 08:35:52 pm
We are on our first little trip - everything is good. But, does anyone know what it takes to start the tv.  We have Sharp LC 13b62 and Insignia Ns-Dxa2

Assuming your TK is like mine - there are two large rocker switches behind the TV swing out arm.    I turn both of them on the run both my DVD and TV.

Once the TV is powered up, on the brown rectangular amplifier cover is a very small button that turns the amp on. Push it in.  A red light will glow when the amp is operating.
Without the amp being on, reception will be nonexistent most of the time.

The light that comes on in newer models may be red but in my 2004 I believe the light that Ed is discussing just above is green.

Your LD may vary!!!! 😁
