Title: Velvac Mirrors
Post by: Jim & Gayle on December 06, 2016, 08:21:11 pm
I know this has been discussed many times and I have looked at the prior posts.

Got a chance to drive a Class A a couple of days ago with the bigger convex mirrors and really liked that. Our 06 has heated/remote mirrors with the stick on convex mirror. Checking at the Ryder site I only see heated and remote for the driver side and manual for the passenger. Seems hard to believe but I will call them tomorrow and see if I can clear that up.

One question, are there wires and plugs that have to be connected and if so where are they connected near the head or door?

Jim

Hi Jim,

Regarding a passenger (right side) replacement power mirror, I think if you go to Ryder Fleet Products' website, you will find the mirror head you are looking for. Look under the RV mirror section. I clicked on the left mirror and they then showed the right side as a product you may also like.

I have ordered from Ryder several times and can very highly recommend them. My shipments from them arrived in a day but that was not during high volume holiday time.

I don't have power mirrors so can't answer your wiring concerns.
Good luck,
Steve K
